Delete your Tower Tide account

You can request deletion of your Tower Tide account and associated data, including an account created automatically as a guest. Tower Tide is operated by Flarmio Ltd.

Delete in the app

1. Open Tower Tide and finish any active online match.
2. Open Settings, then Account & Store.
3. Choose the account deletion option and confirm the request.

Deletion removes your progress and account data. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@flarmio.com with the subject “Tower Tide account deletion”. Include your captain name and friend code if you have them, and say whether you linked Apple or Google sign-in. We will explain how to verify ownership before deleting the account. Never send a password, sign-in token, or full payment-card details.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to support@flarmio.com. We complete account deletion within 24 hours after receiving your request and verifying ownership. Flarmio’s support operator handles these requests personally.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your profile and progress, linked sign-in identities, sessions, inventory, wallet and purchase records, social relationships, authored chat, submitted reports, and optional analytics. Online replays involving your account are removed; shared match results remain with your participant details replaced by a random deleted-captain reference. Local replays and account exports are cleared by the in-app deletion flow; files you copied elsewhere must be removed separately.

Limited records kept for security

Safety reports submitted by other players may keep an anonymized reference for the remainder of their 90-day retention period. A minimal record of the deleted account expires after 30 days. Anonymized deletion and account audit entries expire after 365 days. A one-way purchase-receipt fingerprint is kept without an account link to prevent the same purchase being credited again. Other players retain their match results without your account details. Support correspondence is handled under the Tower Tide privacy notice. Apple and Google maintain their own transaction records under their policies; deleting your Tower Tide account does not request a purchase refund.
